Subsequent Events	Note 12 – Subsequent Events Subsequent to July 31, 2015, the Company completed 2 private placements from which $185,000 in gross proceeds were received. Stock issuance costs of $24,050 were paid to placement agents yielding net proceeds of $160,950.
