announced that
 
the Board
 
of Directors
 
of the
 
Company
declared a dividend for the month of February 2022 of $0.055 per share of the Company’s common stock to be paid on March
29, 2022 to holders of record on February 28,
 
2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2022.
 
In addition, the Company
announced
 
certain
 
details
 
of
 
its RMBS
 
portfolio
 
as
 
of
 
January
 
31,
 
2022

well
