On April 25, 2024, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the Company’s results of operations for the period ended March 31, 2024. In addition, the Company posted supplemental financial information on the investor relations section of its website (https://ir.orchidislandcapital.com).
