WiLAN Signs Definitive License Agreement with Toshiba

OTTAWA, Canada – March 27, 2014 – Wi-LAN Inc. (“WiLAN” or the “Company”) (TSX:WIN) (NASD:WILN) today announced that the Company has signed a definitive license agreement with Toshiba Corporation (“Toshiba”). The license is pursuant to the agreement between WiLAN and Toshiba to end litigation which was announced in a press release issued by the Company on January 9, 2014.
