Valuation Allowance, Methodologies and Assumptions	We have provided a valuation allowance of 100% of our net deferred tax asset due to the uncertainty of generating future profits that would allow us to realize our deferred tax assets.

Describes the methodologies and assumptions on which the valuation allowance is based for deferred tax assets for which it is more likely than not that all or a portion of the deferred tax asset will not be realized.
