Note 11 - Subsequent Events	Note 11 – Subsequent Events Subsequent to December 31, 2015, additional advances totaling $35,000 were made on the Company’s credit agreement with Mr. Gibbs. On February 12, 2016, the White House announced President Obama had designated three national monuments in southern California covering 1.8 million acres of federal lands. We believe our Sacramento claims are within the borders of one of these new monuments. We are in the process of determining what effect this new designation may have on our Sacramento Mountains Project.
