RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 14. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Mr. Hastings, our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, owns and controls Speculative Seismic Investments, LLC (“SSI”), which holds 1,350 shares of our common stock, and controls CLCH, LLC, which holds 1,201 shares of our common stock. As of September 30, 2018, SSI is a lender under our senior loan facility in the principal amount of $0.6 million. Mr. Hastings is also a lender under our credit facility in the principal amount of $0.8 million and was an initial purchaser of our 2023 Notes in the principal amount of $1.0 million.
