Includes assets, consisting mainly of coke and energy plant, machinery and equipment, with a gross investment totaling $1,278.3 million and $1,155.1 million and accumulated depreciation of $371.7 million and $262.4 million at December 31, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively, which are subject to long-term contracts to sell coke and are deemed to contain operating leases.
