RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	An officer and Director of the Company was a partner of a public accounting firm providing non-audit accounting services to the Company through October 30, 2014. Subsequent to October 2014, all non-audit accounting services were performed by the officer/director of the Company in conjunction with an independent consultant. For the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, the Company incurred fees of $0 and $66,666, respectively, to the accounting firm for accounting and tax services. The Company subleases a portion of its office space to an entity owned by a Company officer. Rents received totaled approximately $13,111 and $15,000 were recorded as an offset to rent expense for the year ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
