Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	NOTE 11 — EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company has a 401(k)-profit sharing plan and trust for its employees. The Company matched 30% in 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively, of employee contributions up to a per employee annual maximum of $2,400 for 2024, 2023 and 2022. The Company’s 401(k) plan contributions amounted to $0.9 million, $0.7 million and $0.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and are recorded within general and administrative expenses.
