Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	NOTE 11 — EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company has a 401(k)-profit sharing plan and trust for its employees. The Company matched 30% in 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively, of employee contributions up to per employee annual maximum of $2,400 for 2021, 2020 and 2019.The Company’s benefit plan contributions amounted to $0.4 million during each of the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019. The benefit plan contributions are recorded within general and administrative expenses on the consolidated statements of operations.
