Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In May 2016, in connection with the Company's acquisition of Natural Habitat, Natural Habitat issued an unsecured promissory note, amended May 2020, to Mr. Bressler, the founder of Natural Habitat. See Note 5 — Long-term Debt for more information.
