Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In May 2016, in connection with the Company's acquisition of Natural Habitat, Natural Habitat issued an unsecured promissory note to Mr. Bressler, the founder of Natural Habitat, with an outstanding principal amount of $2.5 million. On May 1, 2020, the promissory note was amended, see Note 5 – Long-term Debt for more information.
