EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 4 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) profit sharing plan and trust for its employees. The Company matches 30% of employee contributions up to annual maximum of $2,100 as of March 31, 2018 and 2017. For the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, the Company’s benefit plan contribution was $0.1 million. The benefit plan contribution is included in general and administrative expenses on the accompanying condensed consolidated statements of operations.
