SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE K—Subsequent Events On May 2, 2012, the Company’s common stock commenced trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”), under the symbol “SCGQ”. Prior to May 2, 2012, the common stock was quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board quotation system under the same symbol.
