Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions RLJ Companies, LLC and its affiliates, a related party, periodically provide or receive services or pay or collect certain amounts to or from the Company. At September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, there was approximately $63,000 and $45,000, respectively, due from RLJ Companies, LLC which was included in other assets.
