Related Party Transactions [Text Block]	Related-Party Transactions During the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, four members of the Company’s Board of Directors also served on the boards of directors of RPX clients. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2012, two members of the Company’s Board of Directors also served on the boards of directors of RPX clients. The Company recognized subscription revenue for these clients in the amount of $1.3 million and $0.9 million for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and $2.5 million and $1.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. As of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, there were no receivables due from these clients.
