Major Customer and Concentrations of Credit Risk	MAJOR CUSTOMER AND CONCENTRATIONS OF CREDIT RISK Tesoro accounted for 91%, 89% and 67% of our total revenues in the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively. These percentages are not comparable as no revenue was recorded for the Predecessors for transactions with Tesoro in the Terminalling, Transportation and Storage segment or for trucking services in the Crude Oil Gathering segment prior to the Initial Offering and the subsequent acquisitions.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
