HOTEL ACQUISITIONS	HOTEL ACQUISITIONSNo hotels were acquired during the three and six months ended June 30, 2020. On November 12, 2019, the Company acquired a 121-room operating hotel from Crestwood Suites of Lakeland, LLC for $10.0 million. Other than ordinary components of prorated net working capital, no liabilities were assumed in the purchase. The majority of the purchase price was allocated to building and improvements, with estimated useful lives ranging from five to 44 years.

The entire disclosure for business combinations, including leverage buyout transactions (as applicable), and divestitures. This may include a description of a business combination or divestiture (or series of individually immaterial business combinations or divestitures) completed during the period, including background, timing, and assets and liabilities recognized and reclassified or sold.
