On November 12, 2019, the Company acquired a 121-room operating hotel from Crestwood Suites of Lakeland, LLC for $10.0 million. Other than ordinary components of prorated net working capital, no liabilities were assumed in the purchase. The majority of the purchase price was allocated to building and improvements, with estimated useful lives ranging from five to 44 years.
