ITEM 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 20, 2019, David Malka was appointed as President of Integrity Applications, Inc., effective immediately.

 

Mr. Malka has served in various senior positions at Integrity since co-founding the company in 2001. Malka, who will report directly to the Board of Directors, previously served as vice president of operations. He has extensive expertise in management, production, purchasing and logistics. As a co-founder, Mr. Malka has played an integral role in the development of GlucoTrack and has broad institutional knowledge and a valuable historical perspective.

 

Prior to his tenure at Integrity, Mr. Malka served as a vice president of operations for Solid Systems, manager of production and purchasing at Kollmorgen-Servotronix, and as a production designer at TFL Time & Frequency Systems Limited. Mr. Malka holds a degree in practical engineering – industrial management from the Institute of Work & Production Productivity, Tel-Aviv as well as a B.A. in Management from the Open University of Israel.
