SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s office rent has expired as at June 30, 2019, and the Company intends to renew the rental agreement for one year period pending final execution with the landlord. The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued and determined that there are no additional items to disclose except above mentioned matters.
