Amendment Description	We have determined that our previously reported results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 required adjustments to the correction of an error to properly account for its accounting for the acquisition of Breathe eCigs Corp. (formerly Breathe LLC) on January 16, 2015 as a reverse merger for accounting purposes. The consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 included in this Form 10-Q/A have been restated to reflect this correction.
