("BVP VIII") and Bessemer Venture Partners VIII Institutional L.P. ("BVP VIII Inst" and together with BVP VIII, the "Funds") sold 22,700 and 27,300 shares, respectively, of Common Stock of the Issuer at a sale price of $23.50 per share. After the above transaction, BVP VIII owned 481,467 shares and BVP VIII Inst owned 579,035 shares. Mr. Deeter is a director of Deer VIII & Co. Ltd. ("Deer VIII Ltd"), the general partner of Deer VIII & Co. L.P. ("Deer VII LP"), the general partner of the Funds.
