The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2020 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time to prepare and review its financial statements to insure adequate disclosure of the financial information required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The extension of the filing timeline is not the result of any financial issues, material weakness, but rather is only a result of time and resources. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
