Litigation

The Company may from time to time be involved in legal proceedings arising from the normal course of business.

The Company is not a party to any litigation of a material nature.

Operating Leases and Service Contracts

The Company rents its facilities with leases ranging from month-to-month to several years in duration. Most of its service contracts are on a month-to-month basis, however, the Company entered into several non-cancelable service contracts during the year ended December 31, 2014. Future minimum lease payments and payments due under non-cancelable service contracts are as follows as of March 31, 2015:

Employment Agreements
