Employee Benefit Plan	Employee Benefit PlanThe Company has a defined contribution retirement savings plan qualified under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), which is a pretax savings plan covering substantially all employees. Under the plan, employees may contribute up to 50% of their pretax salary, subject to certain IRC limitations. Employees are eligible to participate beginning on the first day of the month following their first 30 days of employment. The Company recorded expenses for contributions to its retirement savings plan of $1.6 million, $3.9 million and $4.4 million during the years ended January 31, 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively.
