Note 5 COMMON and PREFERRED STOCK

The Company has authorized capital of 100,000,000 shares of common stock and 10,000,000 shares of “blank check” preferred stock, each with a par value of $0.001 per share. The Company agreed to issue 1,000 Shares of Series A Preferred Stock to Mr. Nicholas DeVito on April 15, 2021. The shares were issued on August 2, 2021.

There were no warrants or options outstanding as of January 31, 2022.
