("Loomis Sayles") no longer serves as sub-advisor for the GuideMark^® Opportunistic Fixed Income Fund (the "Fund").  All references to Loomis Sayles and all other details and descriptions regarding its management of the Fund in the Prospectus are deleted in their entirety.
