The quarterly report of the Registrant on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 could not be filed by August 14, 2015 without unreasonable effort and expenses, because the Registrant’s accountant requires additional time to compile and verify the financial data required to be included in the quarterly report. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Registrant will file its 10Q report before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
