For purposes of computing the ratio of earnings to fixed charges, earnings consist of income (loss) before provision for income taxes plus fixed charges and imputed dividends and accretion of Series A convertible redeemable preferred stock Fixed charges consist of interest expense on all indebtness including amortization of deferred financing costs and the portion of operating lease rental expense that is representative of the interest factor.
