Subsequent Events	Note 11. Subsequent Events On October 3, 2022, the holders of the Series G Preferred Stock converted a total of 15,000 shares and dividends of $600 into 7,090,909 shares of common stock. On October 13, 2022, the holders of the Series G Preferred Stock converted a total of 15,000 shares and dividends of $600 into 7,090,909 shares of common stock. On October 18, 2022, the holders of the Series G Preferred Stock converted a total of 18,125 shares and dividends of $725 into 8,976,190 shares of common stock. On November 10, 2022, the holders of the Series G Preferred Stock converted a total of 20,000 shares and dividends of $800 into 10,947,368 shares of common stock. On November 14, 2022, the holders of the Series G Preferred Stock converted a total of 28,125 shares and dividends of $1,125 into 13,928,571 shares of common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
