NOTE 5. ADVANCES FROM THIRD PARTIES

During the nine months ended June 30, 2013, the Company received net, non-interest bearing advances from certain third parties totaling $577,531. The total amount due under these advances as of June 30, 2013 was $386,966. These advances are not collateralized, non-interest bearing and are due on demand. During the nine months ended June 30, 2013, we recognized imputed interest expense in the amount of $29,191 on these advances.
