On June 13, 2023, Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (“Adverum”) received written notice (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that Adverum has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Rule”) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market because Adverum’s common stock had a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, in the Notice, Nasdaq stated that the matter is now closed. There can be no assurance, however, that Adverum will be able to maintain compliance with the Bid Price Rule in the future.
