Excludes 264,217 shares of the Issuer's common stock beneficially owned by individuals and entities associated with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and held for convenience in the name of "KPCB Holdings, Inc. as nominee," for the accounts of such individuals and entities who each exercise their own voting and dispositive control over such shares. Each share of Series E Preferred Stock (the "Series E Shares") was convertible at any time into shares of Common Stock at the holder's election and did not have an expiration date. In connection with the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering on March 18, 2013, each Series E Share automatically converted into 2.9412 shares of Common Stock (determined by dividing $50.00 by the $17.00 price per share to the public of Common Stock in the initial public offering).
