Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On February 28, 2023, James Lanzone, a director of GoPro, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he will not stand for reelection at the Company's 2023 annual stockholder meeting. Mr. Lanzone's decision not to stand for reelection did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
