Lease rental income includes $0.4 million and $1.0 million for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $2.6 million and $3.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, to recognize lease rental income on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in lease rental income was $0.7 million and $0.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $1.4 million and $1.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
