Lease rental income include $8.5 million and $(4.5) million for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $11.3 million and $(4.3) million for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, to recognize lease rental income on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in lease rental income were $1.0 million and $0.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $1.9 million and $1.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
