	Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani is the Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Investment Authority and in such capacity may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the 12,562,906 shares of the issuer beneficially owned by Qatar Investment Authority through its wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary Al Gharrafa Investment Company, but disclaims such beneficial ownership.
