NOTE 7 - COMMON STOCK

At July 31, 2011, the authorized capital was 75,000,000 common shares with a par value of $0.001 and 10,300,000 common shares were issued and outstanding.

a)On March 29, 2009, the Company issued 2,100,000 common shares at $0.001 per share for $2,100 of Company expenses paid.  

b)On February 1, 2010, the Company issued 4,200,000 common shares at $0.001 per share for cash proceeds of $4,200.

c)On March 25, 2010, the Company issued 500,000 common shares at $0.001 per share for $5,000 of Company expenses paid.

d)On March 25, 2010, the Company issued 1,000,000 common shares at $0.01 per share for cash proceeds of $10,000. The $10,000 was received on June 22, 2010. 

e)On March 31, 2011, the Company issued 2,500,000 common shares at $0.20 per share for cash proceeds of $500,000.
