Spirit Airlines Reports January2017 Traffic

MIRAMAR, Fla.,(February 7, 2017)- Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ: SAVE) today reported its preliminary traffic results for January2017.

Traffic (revenue passenger miles) in January2017 increased 9.9 percent versus January2016 on a capacity (available seat miles) increase of 14.8 percent. Load factor for January2017 was 78.2 percent, a decrease of 3.5 percentage points compared to January2016.
