The Registrant has been unable to complete all aspects of its Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending May 31, 2022, or prior to, the prescribed due date because of health difficulties of the company’s Chairman as well as accountant, who are instrumental to the audit in many areas. These combined medical issues delayed the completion of the filing.
