STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION	Note 3. Stock-Based Compensation The Company has adopted a stock-based compensation plan for its employees, directors and consultants, which provide for the grant of stock awards to defined service providers of the Company. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had not issued any equity awards under the plan and, accordingly, no compensation expense has been recognized.
