Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 31, 2019, Richard C. Warner, Walker & Dunlop, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, informed the Company of his intention to retire effective May 1, 2020. The Company, with Mr. Warner’s assistance, will work on a transition plan over the coming months.
