On August 1, 2011, we initiated a qualified contributory retirement plan (the “Plan”) under Section 401(k) of the IRC, which covers all full-time employees who meet certain eligibility requirements. Voluntary contributions may be made to the Plan by employees. The Plan is a Safe Harbor Plan and requires a mandatory employer contribution. The employer contribution expense for the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019 was $0.3 million in each period.
