SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 2, 2012, we purchased the Residence Inn in Arlington, TX for approximately $15.5 million. Pursuant to our prospectus filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 1, 2012, holders of 745,130 Common Units tendered their Common Units for redemption, and these were redeemed on a one-for-one basis with shares of our common stock on July 2, 2012.
