SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company purchased the Courtyard by Marriott in El Paso, TX on July 28, 2011 for approximately $12.4 million. The purchase was financed with borrowings under our revolving credit facility.
