LOSS ON IMPAIRMENT OF ASSETS	NOTE 10 - LOSS ON IMPAIRMENT OF ASSETS In the three months ended March 31, 2013, we recognized a loss on impairment of assets of $1.5 million related to the SpringHill Suites in Lithia Springs, GA and the Courtyard by Marriott in Memphis, TN. These hotel properties were classified as held for sale at March 31, 2013 and subsequently sold in 2013. Their operating results, including impairment charges, are included in discontinued operations.
