NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 8 - NOTES PAYABLE During the six months ended June 30, 2013, a non-affiliated third-party loaned the Company an aggregate of $30,655. As of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, notes payable totaled $133,947 and $103,292, respectively. The notes bear no interest and due upon demand. As of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the total loan balances were owed to two individuals.
