SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s Management has reviewed all material events through the date of this report in accordance with ASC 855-10, and believes there are only the following material subsequent events to report: On January 18, 2013, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of common stock to a non-related third-party for consulting fees, valued at $10,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
